The engineer's read

Penicillium / Aspergillus indoors at 1,240 against 180 outdoors. That is an indoor source, not ambient drift from outside.

Stachybotrys present indoors and absent outdoors. It needs sustained moisture to grow, so this points to water intrusion, most likely behind the north wall.

Cladosporium and basidiospores track the outdoor air. Those are normal and not the problem.

Verdict

Elevated and actionable. The pattern indicates active growth fed by a hidden moisture source. Find and repair the source first, then retest for clearance. We do not perform the removal, so this read is independent.
